Privacy policy
France Billet is an intermediary acting on behalf of the Organizer under a transparent mandate contract, which gives it the authority to issue, produce, sell, and market the Organizer's tickets on behalf of the Organizer. This privacy policy is available for information purposes in English or other languages; in case of interpretative discrepancies between these documents, the French text prevails over the other versions. Capitalized terms are defined in the CGUS.
The personal data collected, whether it is the personal data of Organizers or ticket purchasers, is strictly reserved for the use of France Billet and the concerned Organizers, solely for the purpose of ensuring the operation of the Eventim Light Service. Your consent will be expressly requested for any marketing use of your personal data, and France Billet does not sell data to third parties.
The Organizer configures the event that is put online using the Eventim Light Service; only the data automatically collected due to your actions are processed. The mandatory or optional nature of the data is indicated during collection with an asterisk.

Who is the data controller for my personal data?
For some processing activities, the data controller is France Billet; for others, France Billet acts as a processor. These processing activities are detailed below.
For other processing activities concerning the personal data of Clients, the Organizer is the data controller. For more information on these activities, the Client can refer to the privacy policy of the Organizers accessible on the event page or any other webpage of the Organizer.
Why does FRANCE BILLET process my personal data?
France Billet is an intermediary acting on behalf of the Organizer under a transparent mandate contract, which gives it the authority to issue, produce, sell, and market the Organizer's tickets on behalf of the Organizer. It is in this capacity that France Billet provides the Eventim Light Service and processes your personal data mainly for the execution of this service.

When validating your order, we transmit your personal data collected via the form to the Organizer for the purpose of executing the Contract between the Organizer and the Client.

*France Billet does not collect your payment data but only a payment identifier and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card to allow you to recognize the card used for payment. Your full bank details are collected only by our PCI-DSS certified payment service provider, ensuring payment security.
France Billet collects personal data for Organizers and/or their Clients. In this respect, France Billet also acts as a processor under the regulation regarding personal data specified below:
- Information collected during the order;
- Contact details of Clients;
- Information about the event.
A contract has been signed between France Billet and the Organizer regarding this processing. Consequently, Users contacting France Billet at the address indicated below will be redirected to the relevant data controller.
When do we collect data? We collect the information you provide when:
- You create your Organizer account to use the Eventim Light Service
- You place an order via the Eventim Light Service
- You contact Customer Service
When we collect data, exceptionally, outside the aforementioned cases, you will be expressly informed before any collection.
For how long are my personal data processed? Your data is kept for the entire duration of the use of the Eventim Light Service. Your data is then archived with restricted access for an additional period for limited reasons permitted by law (payment, warranty, disputes...). After this period, they are deleted.
Who are the recipients of my data? The data we collect may be transmitted to potential service providers (processors) - whom France Billet uses to perform the Eventim Light Service (management, execution, processing, payment of the order, ticket issuance). These processors can only use your data according to France Billet's instructions.
What are my rights regarding the use of personal data? In accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, you can exercise your rights concerning the Eventim Light Service (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability where applicable) and define the fate of your personal data "post-mortem" by sending an email to serviceclients@eventim-light.fr or by mail to: France Billet – Eventim Light Service, 27-35 rue Victor Hugo 94200 Ivry sur Seine.
As a reminder, Users contacting France Billet at the above address will be redirected to the relevant data controller if their request concerns processing for which France Billet is a processor under the regulations.
