Building on Hea Min Jung’s code of engagement (2024), the project intertwines choreography, sound, and installation into a dynamic landscape where geometric elastic lines intersect with James Whipple a.k.a. M.E.S.H.’s multi-dimensional sound composition. As movement, sound, and sculpture resonate throughout the space, the physical and perceptual boundaries between body, instinct, and awareness begin to blur, creating a unique experience for each participant.

Visual artist Shinae Kim contributes #Flat Forest, a conceptual installation that merges the complexity of natural forest structures with the organic patterns of digital spaces. Her work opens a dialogue between the physical and the digital, inviting audiences to enhancing human nature, the project highlights the raw, self-organizing beauty found in natural processes. 

By weaving together elastic lines, sound layers, and image projections, code of engagement in flat forests explores the deep connections between natural patterns and the human experience, inviting audiences to engage with fundamental rhythms of nature in a shared, evolving environment.
